Sometimes I forget how easy it is for me to publish anything in real time, and I should do more of this if asynchronous writing is not working for me at the moment. I will type from my phone until the file uploads, some time ago I posted on instagram a comparison of handstand holds one year apart, this is much later but I have completely changed my approach on the matter of time, I care nothing about time but quality, and quality gets you more time. http://instagram.exploration.work

You will notice towards the end of hold that my back starts twitching, in inner experience it is at this moment that I could no longer hold it, but the limit is not there, it is like a cramp that you can sustain for a reasonable time.
